Class schedule

We offer a set class schedule from Monday To Thursday, and we separate them based on age groups and levels. On Friday, we have sparring classes. In addition, we also offer beginners' class on Saturday mornings as well.

We recommend that you attend a minimum of two classes per week to retain the most benefits of Taekwondo. However, you can always attend more, the more the better!

Junior Tiger (White/Yellow Belt)

5:15 - 6:00 PM

Junior and Up (Green/Blue/Red)

6:00-6:45 PM

Teens/ Advanced (Red/Brown/Black)

6:45-7:30 PM

Adult

7:30-8:30 PM
