We provide something for everyone

Our program is designed to accommodate individuals with different fitness levels. We have students from various backgrounds: college students, nurses, doctors, moms and dads, and even retired individuals.

In fact, many mothers and fathers of younger Taekwondo students attend adult class because they want to become role models to their children. Many Taekwondo students are more motivated to attend classes when their parents are also training for the same sport that they are doing.


A comprehensive fitness program

Taekwondo combines cardio, strength training, and flexibility strectching, providing a comprehensive fitness program that targets every muscle group and improves overall physical fitness. In addition, you will also learn breathing exercises, which enhances your breathing control when dealing with any stressful situations.


Self defense

Knowing how to defend yourself and your love ones is a necessary skill in this unpredictable world. We instruct different self defenses techniques including grappling, grounding, and striking techniques. We will keep conditioning so these skills would become your second nature, which could potentially save your lives in different situations.Â
